Energy Sands:Americas Secure Energy Source

Energy America Can Count On.

The Energy Sands of Alberta are the largest proven oil reserves in the world. All that is needed to take advantage of this great natural resource is political will.

The technology exists. The workforce is ready, willing, able and highly trained. The permits and leases are all in place. Yet the uncertainty lingers.

Environmental lobbyists have been hammering the energy that comes from the Energy Sands as being unclean. Long have they used words like “dirty oil” and phrases like “the most destructive project on earth” to persuade the U.S. government to continue importing energy from countries whose own governments don’t respect human rights. Their words encourage the purchase of conventional energy from nations who don’t allow their citizens to vote or from nations that conduct mass murder for political gain under the guise of stamping out rebel fighters. This long standing campaign has significantly reduced the investment dollars available for Energy Sands development, increased U.S.dollars going to foreign countries who fund terror activities, and delayed the prospect of peace ever emerging in unstable regions of the world.

The Canadian Energy Sands are located in a country that since its inception nearly 150 years ago has firmly committed to democratic principle and acted many times to defend democracy in hostile lands. Canada has an outstanding human rights record, which is often the envy of the developed world. Canada has modern workers rights protection and even a national health care system that fast tracks employees hurt on the job to the head of the line.

If the environmentalists have their way and America continues to pursue conventional oil sources in foreign lands, the government will forever be doing business with the likes of Nigeria whose “Women Leader” of the Peoples Democratic Party was assasinated in a botched kidnapping attempt earlier this month. Or Burma whose national natural gas pipeline was built entirely by slave labor imposed by the Burmese military. Understand this: Burma uses slave labor here in the 21st century on Planet Earth and the environmentalists would have us buy energy from Burma over the Alberta Energy Sands.
It is unconscionable and unfathomable why the environmentalist movement would favor conventional foreign oil over a home grown North American source. The Energy Sands is a safe, secure and reliable supplier of energy that America needs, and its situated in a modern responsible democracy which is respectful of its citizens.

Will North American leaders wake up and oppose the outright audacity of environmentalists for promoting multibillion dollar deals with fascists, slavers and tyrants?
